Day Trip

This weekend I got to visit another beautiful place in Tallahassee. We went canoeing down a river all day and had a picnic lunch. I think that it was the first time I saw a manatee in the wild(and we saw two)! You can see one in the first picture. There were lots of turtles and big fish as well.... Im not going to lie I was scared at first!

My First Surf Lesson

Start of Summer

Here are pictures from my last beach day in Pensacola & my first night back in Tallahassee. My phrase for this summer is "Il bel far niente". It is an Italian phrase meaning the beauty of doing nothing. It doesnt mean to be lazy but to enjoy the times where you get to do only what you want to do.... being able to relax and not have to constantly keep busy =)
