Here is the latest book that I would recommend.... and Im not even done reading it myself. Its a true story of the author taking a year of travel for herself. She goes to Italy to find pleasure in the best food in the world, India to work on her spiritual beliefs, and Indonesia to learn how to balance the two. I like the story as well as the other information the author reveals about everything from philosophy, history, and travel.

maclay gardens

Here are pictures from Maclay gardens here in Tallahassee. I had heard of the gardens before but had never been. When I woke up yesterday and saw that it was a beautiful day, I knew I wanted to do something outside. Charlie & I went and walked around for about 2 hours looking at everything. I loved it & Im glad I got some good pictures.

Paint Party!

It looks gross but Day Glo was so fun! Everyone gets glow in the dark paint and wears white. The whole bar is set up with blacklights to make the paint stand out more. On another note i think its time we take down our Christmas tree seen in the first picture =)

new years 2010

Happy new year! Our NYE party in Atlanta was a great way to start off what is sure to be a great year. The ball was very fun with a live band, lots of food and drinks, a DJ and dance floor, and good friends. At midnight lots of baloons were dropped over everyone which was fun. We stayed in Atlanta for the whole weekend and spent some time going out in Buckhead as well.
